What We Do

Fully geared with our Worldwide Agency Network to handle shipments from and to Sri Lanka and any destination around the world.

When you are experiencing critical delivery schedules and facing on time shipment problems turn to CL Synergy.

We have our own fleet of vans and lorries mainly used in air cargo handling. In container handling we have contracted with several trucking companies.

With our vastly experienced staff who can handle different commodites and various sectors, we have become one of the most looked after CHB operators at present.

In Sri Lanka sea-air service is mainly visible in Colombo-USA trade lane. At present we do not have our own sea-air service by using our own agents and instead use the assistance of co-loaders in the market.

Beyond Boundaries: CL Synergy’s aspiring vision to expanding its global footprint

CL Synergy (CLS) is a trailblazing logistics company that has been disrupting the industry’s norms for 19 years. Fondly calling themselves ‘The Cool Kids On The Block,’ they stay youthful and hungry, driven by their customer-centric approach and a motivated workforce that believes in working smarter and playing hard.

They’ve carved a unique identity in the industry with strategic expansion plans, in crucial overseas markets and a focus on sustainability. What makes them stand out? A proactive approach to embracing innovation. In this interview, Co-founder and Managing Director, Roshan Silva shares insights into their journey towards becoming a global logistics player and driving Sri Lanka’s emergence as a logistics hub.

19th Anniversary: Celebrating 19 Years of Commitment, Dedication, Loyalty and Success!

CLS Management and staff gathered on the 30th of September at our offices for religious blessings, traditional rituals and a Yummy Sri Lankan Breakfast. As we pass yet another significant milestone in our journey, CLS renews its pledges to our Employees, Customers, the Community and the Logistics Industry, to consistently and continuously add value and deliver service excellence.

Memory Wall: 19 Years of Memories, A Lifetime of Synergy!

CL Synergy unveiled the 'CLS Memory Wall' – a journey of milestones, cherished faces, and a groundbreaking Alumni Club. Reuniting, reminiscing, and redefining connections. The Memory Wall consisted of company milestones during the past 19 years along with personally autographed photos of past CLS employees who had made significant contributions to the growth of CLS, to become who we are today.

During the unveiling event, we also launched 'CLS Beyond Bridges', an Alumni Club for ex-CL Synergy employees, probably a First in the industry.

Logistics Sinhalen Book Distribution

Continuing our commitment to empowering education, CLS purchased and donated 100+ copies of the 'Logistics Sinhalen' book to the Ministry of Education. Authored by Prof. Lalith Edirisinghe, Dean, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences - CINEC Campus, this is the First ever book on Logistics, published in the Sinhala language. The book aims address the gap of subject matter content in Sinhala for Advance Level students who wish to pursue a career in Logistics with comprehensive subject material including Fundamentals of Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing and Trends in Logistics.

CLS handed over the books to The Ministry of Education, who will distribute them, in-line to Ministry protocols and procedures to 100 schools across all 9 Provinces.

Women’s Day

For IWD24, the CLS ladies went out there to practically inspire inclusion on the streets of Colombo. In a humble effort to appreciate the hard work and dedication of the strong Women who clean and take care of the streets in Colombo, we donated packs of dry rations during the morning hours of last Friday.

A team of CLS ladies carried out this rewarding project, by sourcing the items, bags and packing and distributing them. We hope that we were able to inspire these great women to keep doing their great job with dedication and hope.

National Logistics Awards - NLA, organized by the Sri Lanka Logistics & Freight Forwarders Association was held on 23rd March 2022 at Shangri-La, Colombo under the patronage of the Hon.

Prime Minister, Mahinda Rajapaksa. The NLA happened for the first time in the history of the Sri Lankan logistics industry, to appreciate the immense contribution of all the logistical solution providers in the Country.

CL Synergy won the bronze award, in the Freight Forwarders - Large category.

our Friends, Families and Communities in recent times, there have been selfless individuals and Charitable organisations who have been continuously and consistently going above & beyond to alleviate the suffering of the less fortunate among us. These altruistic entities work tirelessly to educate and eradicate, scour and empower, heal and reveal and of course share and care.

CL Synergy reappointed as preferred logistics partner by SLAMERP

Synergy was recently appointed as the preferred logistics partner of the Sri Lanka Association of Manufacturers and Exporters of Rubber Products (SLAMERP) for the year 2022.

The reappointment comes after immense satisfaction with the working relationship between the two bodies following CL Synergy’s tenure as the preferred logistics partner for the year 2019-2020. Incorporated in 2004, CL Synergy is a fully fledged freight forwarding company that positions itself as the Innovative Leader in the logistics industry.

A sanctuary for the helpless furry critters by CL Synergy

The charity was founded by Kim Cooling with the intention of providing high quality veterinary care and rehabilitation to stabilize the population of stray dogs through neutering and to eradicate rabies.

Thus, creating a safe environment for both humans and animals. The sanctuary currently houses an approximate of 2000 dogs and 300 cats. CL Synergy kicked off the year with a promise to support 12 selected charities; one in each month of the year as depicted in its calendar for 2022. The CLS team actively held bake sales and movie evenings in office to get everyone to contribute.
